With a collaborative work environment and a focus on team work, they are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join their team. This office based role will keep you on your toes with a wide range of tasks, from overseeing the transactional supervisors to supporting with the preparation of management accounts.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £40,000.00.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the transactional team leaders, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance.
  • Support the Head of Finance in developing and maintaining robust financial systems and controls for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Assist in reviewing financial systems, recommending and implementing process improvements.
  • Contribute to budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare detailed monthly management accounts, including analysis, commentary, and variance reporting for review.
  • Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and support the annual audit process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
  • Undertake ad hoc financial tasks as needed.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
  • Strong technical expertise in financial reporting and taxation.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Proven track record in preparing and presenting financial results.
  • Analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
