This office based role will keep you on your toes with a wide range of tasks, from overseeing the transactional supervisors to supporting with the preparation of management accounts.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £40,000.00.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the transactional team leaders, ensuring accurate ledger maintenance.
Support the Head of Finance in developing and maintaining robust financial systems and controls for timely and accurate reporting.
Assist in reviewing financial systems, recommending and implementing process improvements.
Contribute to budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Prepare detailed monthly management accounts, including analysis, commentary, and variance reporting for review.
Oversee monthly bank reconciliations and support the annual audit process.
Build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally.
Undertake ad hoc financial tasks as needed.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

Minimum of two years' experience in a Finance Manager or similar role.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Strong technical expertise in financial reporting and taxation.
Advanced IT skills.
Proven track record in preparing and presenting financial results.
Analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
