About the roleJoin our Capital and Impairment team, an essential part of the Credit Risk department. The team is responsible for running the credit risk models that calculate regulatory capital and IFRS9 expected credit losses. It also monitors these models' performance, creates regulatory reports, and provides important data for the Annual Report.A key focus of this role is to ensure the team follows our Model Risk Framework guidelines. As the leader of this team, this role will manage three managers, who each oversee their own sub-teams of senior analysts (Capital, Impairment, and Monitoring).
