Overview

A global manufacturing company are searching for a new Finance Assistant. In this company, you will be a part of something big! A company that is consistently growing year by year. You will be responsible for bank reconciliations in multiple currencies, as well as assisting with debtors and creditors.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will assist with end of year accounts as well as having sole ownership of the payroll process, including weekly and monthly payroll. You will be a vital part of team, working flexibility alongside likeminded individuals.

Skills required

  • Experience within a similar position, with full end-to-end payroll and reconciliations.
  • A great understanding of Microsoft Excel, would be beneficial.
  • Have a adaptable mindset to fit the requirements of the role and team.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills to hit deadlines and taking full responsibility for different processes.
  • The ability to work autonomously, with close attention to detail, ensuring all information is checked and correct.
