Description
- Provide financial insights that contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
- Perform financial analysis, planning and forecasting,
- Take a lead on budgeting and actuals
- Variance analysis and cost controlling
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business performance and challenges.
- Implement cost-saving strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Present financial findings to senior management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Finance BP and Analyst should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strengths in budget control, forecasting and analysis.
- Knowledge or experience of management accounts
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An understanding of the Manufacturing industry would be advantageous
