About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing company in Coventry for a detail-oriented HR Administrator. You will support various HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
