About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing company in Coventry for a detail-oriented HR Administrator. You will support various HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide support in employee relations and performance management activities.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
