My client is a technology organisation looking for a HR Administrator full time based in Coleshill.

Description

  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses to queries from colleagues and managers.
  • Escalate complex queries to relevant HR team members, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the entire hire-to-retire process, including recruitment documentation, onboarding, contract management, and offboarding tasks. Maintain and update colleague records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR processes, policies, and guidance documents to streamline day-to-day HR activities
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports, for analysis on metrics such as headcount, absence, benefits and other ad-hoc data requests.
