- Providing first line HR Advice and support to all managers and department heads on all things employee relations, policies and procedures
- Partnering with the payroll and pension provider to ensure payroll is process on time, and in full every month and any queries are expedited and responded to quickly and completely
- Managing the HR administrator and ensuring they maintain accurate records on the HR IS system.
- Leading the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a first-class candidate experience and smooth new start for all employees.
- Produce monthly KPI reports for SLT meetings and respond to ad hoc requests for data and insight.
- Advising on occupational health referrals, absence management issues and return to work cases to Line Managers.
- To contribute to the review and development of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Policy Development Framework and within the legal framework of employment legislation.
