HR Administrator
Based in Coventry| Fully on-site role

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with one of my nationwide clients to recruit this role on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration support to the company's recruitment & onboarding processes, as well as some ad hoc administration across other areas.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Onboarding of new starts & processing of leavers across the business
* Arranging site inductions for new starts & contractors
* Supporting with the company's recruitment process including sifting CV's and arranging interviews
* Organising & attending confidential meetings, taking notes where needed
* Management of room bookings for meetings
* Supporting managers with ad hoc administration duties
* Various other basic admin duties as needed including ordering of supplies & stationery

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience in an Administration role, preferably with exposure to HR or Recruitment
* Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively
* Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal - with the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
