The ER & IR Leader will provide a comprehensive service to the organisation with responsibilities including:- Overseeing a team of ER Advisors, looking to upskill and develop the team in order to ensure individuals have the capability and confidence to deal with a range of ER issues;- Acting as a point of escalation to the ER Team, taking ownership of any complex issues;- Ensuring a backlog of caseloads is dealt with and managed in a proactive manner, delivering in line with company SLAs;- Acting as the interface between the business and Trade Union representatives in line with any negotiations;- Supporting the business and the wider HR community around all IR activity. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced ER & IR professional having managed a team, having dealt with Trade Unions, and having managed complex ER issues.This role will be for an initial term of 6 months but may be extended or made permanent. Based close to Coventry, my client offers a hybrid working arrangement with the expectation to be onsite 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 days working from home.
