  • Lead the Charge: Manage onsite registration for events of all sizes.
  • Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the main onsite contact for clients.
  • Tech Operations: Set up, operate, and break down equipment with ease.
  • Problem Solver: Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to keep things on track.
  • Customer Care: Build strong client relationships and deliver top-notch service.
  • Crowd Management: Oversee entrance and queue operations to ensure a smooth flow of attendees.
  • Event Expertise: Advise clients on best practices to enhance the onsite experience.
  • Quick Study: Quickly get up to speed on the event industry and our services.
  • Adapt on the Fly: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

What You Bring:

  • Strong Communicator: You’re skilled at clear, effective communication and keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Technical Know-How: Experience in base layer networking, plugging ethernet into switched routers, understanding SSID's, how to handle VLANS WLANS and venue networking for ordering and troubleshooting as well as remote servers in the field with Linux based servers,
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with a base layer of PHP CSS HTML preferred.
  • Ready to Travel: A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel are required.
  • Have a Flexible approach to working hours: Not every day is a 9-5 day.

This role involves traveling across the UK, with the flexibility to stay onsite for events.
