Laminator responsibilities include -

Laminate tools and components.
Seal and release patterns and moulds.
Apply vacuum bags to tools and components.
Load ovens and autoclaves.
Create templates and cut component kits.
Achieve customer delivery targets without compromising quality.

Laminator desirable skills and experience -

Experience working in a similar role and with composites.
Knowledge of modern manufacturing methods and techniques.
Able to read and work from technical drawings.
Mechanical engineering education (HNC/HNC) or relevant training.
