This role is based at their UK Head Quarters in Coventry. This is a hybrid role, working from the office three times a week.

This company was established over 60 years ago and now enjoys a world-wide turnover in excess of 2 billion Euro and a UK turnover that grew by over 10% last year.

The Role 

We are looking for an exceptional Sales Administrator with an  "above and beyond" approach to their role.  

Day to day duties will include:

  • Negotiating prices with suppliers 
  • Arranging import and export of goods from Europe and East Asia 
  • Invoicing for projects
  • Talking to customers on the 'phone and resolving queries 
  • Maintaining delivery and order sheets

  • Fantastic communication skills, on the 'phone, in person and by email 
  • A meticulous eye for detail, someone who wants to get it right first time 
  • A genuine desire to help customers and colleagues 
  • A brand ambassador, who understands that they represent this business and so need to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Previous administration skills are vital
