Location: Coventry, CV2

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Machine Operator Hours: 37.5 hours per week, (Shift 1: 7am-3:30pm, Shift 2: 10:30am-7pm)

Production Operator Hours: 37.5 hours per week, (8:30am-5:00pm)

Start Date: November 2024

The Company originated in Amsterdam with the main principle to supply premium quality and sustainable merchandise. Their products are proudly sold by various sporting organisations throughout the world. A selection of their clients includes Federations and Clubs from Football, Rugby, Ice Hockey, American Sports and more!

The Role

They are seeking Machine Operatives x4 and Production Operators x3 to join their new small factory in Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating various machines
• Working on an operating line
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• General production duties
• Working in different parts of the factory as and when required
• Working to set targets and deadlines
• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to vary your daily job by helping in other related areas

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be able to work for long periods of time on their feet
• Be reliable and punctual
• Able to work overtime
• A good team player
• High attention to detail
• Handling stock respectfully
• Able to work methodically and repetitively
• Good communication
• No experience needed – Training provided
