- As the Health & Safety Manager, you will develop and implement comprehensive safety programmes that align with organisational goals.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety incidents, including root cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
- Organise and deliver training sessions on health and safety practices for all employees.
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety legislation and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries and concerns.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Health & Safety Manager with Manufacturing.
- NEBOSH or IOSHH qualified.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
