About the Role:
As a TA, you will provide invaluable support to students across various year groups and abilities. Your responsibilities may include assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, implementing individual education plans (IEPs), and promoting an inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:

Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant certificate.

Previous experience working in a classroom.

Understanding of and experience working with students with SEN.

Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and support teachers as needed.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
