Employee Relations Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an ER Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage casework within your business units and support HR Business Partners. You will juggle multiple tasks, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure efficient administrative processes.

Your responsibilities will include advising and coaching managers on employee relations (ER) cases, upholding fair policies, and balancing risk with commercial needs. Additionally, you will drive company initiatives and support ER projects.

Our mission is to help managers make Pilgrims Europe a great place to work by providing expert advice on ER cases, maintaining fair policies, and balancing risk with business needs. You will also contribute to company initiatives and support various ER projects.

The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of employment law and the ability to manage complex employee relations matters. Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills are essential, along with experience in coaching and supporting colleagues in casework. Periodic travel to our sites across the business will be required.

Available working locations of London, Manchester, Norfolk, Warwick, Sleaford, Republic of Ireland, Enniskillen, Carrickmacross, Shillelagh &Dublin.
