A fantastic, unique opportunity in now available for a confident and outgoing person. This hospitality business is searching for a new Assistant Payroll Manager. The aim for the role is to oversee and manage all payroll processes. You will provide support to the team and the wider finance team, all while being in an inclusive environment.

As an Assistant Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for full end-to-end payroll, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Within this role you will oversee payroll data analysis and manager all queries raised. Working closely with HR, as well as finance, you will prepare reports for management to review.

Skills required

  • Proven experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of the full end-to-end payroll process.
  • A knowledge of payroll software is beneficial, to come in and hit the ground running.
  • Have fantastic communication skills, as you work within a fantastic team but also with the wider business.
  • Have great time management and organisational skills, to enable you to hit a number of tight client deadlines on a weekly and monthly basis.
