- Enhance the Employee Journey: From onboarding to ongoing development, you’ll oversee learning, talent management, diversity & inclusion, and internal communications. Your input will shape career pathways and leadership development, ensuring everyone has the tools to succeed.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: You’ll act as a key contact for employee relations, handling issues with sensitivity and professionalism. Whether it’s managing grievances or fostering a positive working environment, your approach will ensure employees feel supported and valued.
- Attract & Retain Talent: Oversee the entire recruitment process, working with department heads to attract the very best talent. Your strategies will ensure a diverse and high-quality talent pool, helping the company thrive with top performers.
- HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop forward-thinking HR policies that comply with all relevant legislation, and use HR metrics to continuously improve processes. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, you’ll ensure the HR function is always ahead of the curve.

- Knowledge of HR systems, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and compensation.
- Salary: £55k per annum, depending on experience.
- Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays.
