  • Manage all administrative duties related to employee lifecycle processes, including family leave and retirement, with precision and care.
  • Prioritise workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, to maintain strong relationships within the team and with customers.
  • Support team members actively, fostering a culture of unity and collaboration.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Shared Service environment or a similar administrative role, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a supportive capacity.
  • An apprenticeship or equivalent experience, showcasing your commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Proficiency in Success Factors, Open Text, C4S, and Microsoft Office, ensuring you can navigate and utilise these tools effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
