This role is working on site in Coventry - so you should be based in the Midlands, though there is some ad hoc working from home available, likely 1 day per week.

Salary circa £45,000 or thereabouts, with some excellent company benefits on offer including healthcare cover.

A truly generalist role, you will support the HR Manager in delivering all aspects of People-related activity for this world-class manufacturing operation.

This includes employee relations, engagement, training... in a nutshell, you'll be helping managers become the very best they can be, and lead/develop high performing teams.

You should be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum, with proven skills and experience from your HR career in similar types of organisations.
