SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic services organisation in Coventry who are on the look out for a HR Advisor to come and join their fast paced team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a skilled and growing HR Advisor who is confident with all aspects of ER case management as well as aspects of learning and development in order to support the Head of HR and the HR Business Partner with day to day activities across the head office and other sites in the midlands. This is not a regional role but small elements of travel will be expensed. We are looking for someone who is a confident and fast paced individual who can support, educate and guide the SLT team with all ER case work as well as the day to day project work and operational HR duties. Day to day duties: - Provide key support and advice to colleagues and SLT teams on all employee relations issued including; HR policies, performance management, disciplinarians and more. - Providing support with the recruitment process and employee onboarding. - Being involved with various projects and implementing new HR initiatives. - Maintain employee data and monitoring compliance. - Daily support of the HR Business Partner with both operational and strategic tasks. This is a hybrid role 3 days in the office 2 days from home with up to £37K salary depending on experience. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills, someone with good knowledge of UK employment law and who has the ability to build strong relationships with both junior and senior members of staff across a business.
