Application Support Specialist (EUC)

Contract - Inside IR35

Coventry (hybrid)

EUC Technical Specialist to provide software re-packaging and remove software across the company estate. Reducing unlicensed software were oversubscribed and working with the company to complete change requests in End user compute. You will also support the vulnerability exposure within our estate on end user devices. Working alongside Defensive Ops to eliminate known vulnerabilities, patching or repackaging and deploying software, and monitoring success rates of actions taken. Reducing the risk of vulnerabilities.

You will have experience of SCCM (Packaging, patching, deployments and uninstalls) Knowledge of ITIL processes. Experience of working with Active Directory, Defender for Endpoint, Vulnerability management tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar). You may have knowledge of Tenible.
