This is a pivotal role, supporting the implementation, and improvement of HR systems and policies, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all employees.  My client is moving HR Systems – candidates must have experience doing a tech implementation project in a business of c300+ employees.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and oversee a detailed project plan for the deployment of the HR system, identifying key milestones, timelines, and potential risks.
  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on progress and gather feedback.
  • Implement processes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security, working alongside Payroll and IT teams.
  • Develop and maintain a centralised, accessible HR information repository.
  • Coordinate with all key stakeholders to ensure data flow in and out of the HR system is efficient and streamlined.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on new systems and processes.
  Key Deliverables:
  • A comprehensive, fully operational HR system that supports company policies and processes.
  • Centralised personnel records stored in one location.
  • Ongoing data integrity reporting.
  • High levels of engagement from colleagues, supported by effective communication and training.
