- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans: defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Managing project resources, including budget, timeline, and team allocation
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to the project plan
- Identifying and managing project risks and dependencies
- Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project team members
- Enhancing project efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders, including business and IT teams
- Proven experience in project management
- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful IT projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies e.g., Agile, Waterfall
- Agile Scrum experience is desirable
- Azure DevOps expertise would be beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential
- £55,000 - £65,000 salary depending on experience
- 32 days holiday rising with service to 37 max including bank holidays
