This is a contract role until September 2025
**What You Will Do:**
- Provide both local and remote IT support across multiple sites, ensuring all users receive timely and effective assistance.
- Lead the installation and upgrades of PC hardware and software, including network and local printers.
- Monitor servers daily, verifying that all backups are completed successfully.
- Record user change requests and manage access rights as the first point of contact for IT issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date software and hardware inventory records.
- Administer Office 365 and actively participate in cybersecurity events investigation.
**What You Will Bring:**
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT Support role, demonstrating a strong foundation in Windows 10/11 administration and Bitlocker Encryption.
- Proficiency in software installation, with a keen eye for detail in managing both internal and external IT supply chains.
- A solid understanding of Office 365 Administration and Cyber Security Awareness.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a strong team player attitude.
