Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Salary £27,000pa - £30,000pa plus bonus! dependent on experience - Working for a market leading Insurance company based in Coventry CV1.

You will use your knowledge of Personal Lines products to provide their clients with relevant and helpful information that is suitable to their needs. You will also provide assistance to the Personal Lines team as necessary and be responsible for monitoring the KPI's for your role to ensure they are consistently on target.Main duties and responsibilities:* To provide all clients with insightful knowledge of the personal lines products available, and provide excellent customer service to them at all times.* To ensure sure new business and renewals are processed in accordance with FCA guidelines and timescales.* To ensure that you are 21 days ahead on renewal allocation at all times.* To ensure that all renewal clients are contacted 7 days ahead of their renewal.* Be responsible for sending out all pre renewal invites for clients.* To assist clients with any mid-term adjustments they may require, providing them with details of how these adjustments may affect their policies.* To document all client interactions on the relevant databases, ensuring the information is detailed and correct.* Deal with any queries we receive from the Accounts department in a timely fashion- ensuring they are up to date on any payments/refunds we may be receiving where necessary.* Process your daily administrative tasks to a high standard and be responsible for answering phone calls.* Provide administration support in all areas of new business, adjustments and renewals within the team.Benefits:* Flexible Working Hours once your probation has been passed* Working From Home allowance once your probation has been passed (40 days per year)* 25 days paid annual leave + Bank Holidays* Death in Service (3 x Salary)* Regular Company parties (previous ones include boat parties, masquerade balls)* Free eye test and contribution towards glasses* Employee Assistance Programme, with access to an Online GP for you and your family to use* Pension Scheme* Cycle to Work Scheme

Skills and experience required:

Previous Commercial Insurance experience is essential.

Ideally you will hold an Insurance qualification or be working towards one.

Highly organised, with strong communication skill both written and verbal.

Able to build and develop strong relationships.

Good administration and IT skills.
