Our client, a successful market leader in their industry, is looking for an experienced individual to join their busy team as a Senior Sales Administrator on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be one with experience in disputes, and will have been the point of escalation in the dispute management process.

The key responsibilities for the Senior Sales Administrator:

  • Complaint management - end to end process handling
  • Supporting the customer service team leader in identifying the root causes of recurring issues in order to prevent and improve
  • Ensuring disputes are dealt with in accordance to priorities and guidelines
  • Provide an excellent standard of customer service
  • Logging customer complaints/disputes and investigating thoroughly
  • Dealing with invoicing and credit notes

The skills and qualities of the Senior Sales Administrator:

  • Experience in dispute resolution and being the point of escalation in the dispute management process
  • Experience working with invoicing and credit notes
  • Great customer service skills - high levels of interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good with IT systems
  • Ability to manage own workload in a high-volume environment
  • Team player
