Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Stock Control Planner for a Food Manufacturing Company based in Coventry. The role of the Stock Control Planner will include: Stock Control * Update Planning Spreadsheets * Raising Purchase orders with suppliers and planning inbound load volumes * Track supplier packaging levels * Create weekly demand forecast by product by customer * Liaise with customers and suppliers on stock issues * Managing promotional volumes * Create and send the NAM's forecast monthly Sales Order Processing * Supporting the SCA with independent customer order processing Stock Reconciliation * Ensure stock figures held on internal MRP system are aligned with 3rd Party Warehouse stock systems General Duties * Weekly update of customer sales files * Weekly check of BBE dates held on stock and arranging derogations as needed The successful candidate will have previous experience in a retail demand planning role, ideally within a supply chain environment. Microsoft Excel skills/experience is essential and although not essential, experience using Pegasus Opera Supply Management Systems would be advantageous.
