Role Overview and Purpose:

To provide the highest standard of service to customers by efficiently managing enquiries related to warehouse operations, such as new starter setups, relocations, and cancellations. This role ensures that each customer experience is handled smoothly, efficiently, and with a high degree of quality.

Responsibilities and Objectives:

  • Handle all warehouse-related enquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process enquiries received in the designated inbox and CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer requests and update cases with all necessary details.
  • Process new customer requests, relocations, and cancellations within the administrative platform.
  • Ensure that customer-specific information is accurate to support correct setup and efficient service.
  • Collaborate closely with the planning and implementation teams to deliver a high level of service to customers.

Desirable:

  • Ability to use initiative and suggest improvements.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
