RESPONSIBILITIES

The main purpose of the SD Operations Team is to track, check and protect our customers information at all times. This involves the safe and careful physical and mechanical handling of customer records, providing high standards of storage and indexing.

  • Completing relevant paperwork as required and following the documented processes in the procedure’s manual, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail, is necessary.
  • Correct use of the O’Neil Records Management system and ensuring records are picked, handled and stored appropriately is required.
  • Recording incoming boxes, files and documents and storing them in the correct warehouse location is essential.
  • Retrieving customer boxes, files, and documents in preparation for dispatch or destruction and placing them in the correct warehouse location while accurately recording all movements is necessary.
