About the roleOur Mortgage Administrators play a crucial part in our lending journey. They support by providing accurate and timely administrative support whilst servicing the needs of our all our customersOur roles are responsible for the processing details, preparing documentation, dealing with enquiries and inputting data. It’s also responsible for ensuring paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of attention to detail in this customer focused environment. It's important you're a confident communicator as you’ll need to be pro-active in obtaining information from our customers as and when needed. The role provides support to our intermediary customers, branch network and our mortgage contact centre.Benefits include:

About youTo be successful you’ll already have administration experience from a customer focused environment. You’ll have strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with high quality standards.
