As a Powder Coater, you'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality finishes on precision-engineered metalwork. Your day-to-day will include:
Preparing metal components for coating, including cleaning, masking, and inspection.Applying powder coating to meet strict quality and finish standards.Setting up and maintaining powder coating equipment for consistent results.Performing quality checks to ensure a flawless finish on every job.Working efficiently to meet production deadlines without compromising quality.Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure customer satisfaction.What Were Looking For
Experience as a Powder Coater, Spray Painter, or similar role.Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment.Ability to work to tight tolerances and deliver a consistent, high-quality finish.Familiarity with surface preparation processes such as cleaning and masking.A good eye for detail because every coat counts.A proactive attitude someone who takes pride in their work and gets the job done right.
If you've worked with wet paint spraying or in metal fabrication, your skills will also be valued here!
