Role Overview:

Location: Coventry office with hybrid working arrangements available.

Team: A cohesive, high-performing team led by an experienced Head of Family Law. You'll collaborate with a dedicated group of professionals, gaining exposure to a significant caseload in a supportive setting.

Caseload: Focused on high-value divorce proceedings, complex financial relief cases, Children Act matters, and injunctive relief, requiring a strong grasp of family law to ensure minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For:

PQE: A minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience is essential for this role.

Experience: Demonstrable expertise in divorce, financial relief, Children Act proceedings, and injunctive relief. Prior experience conducting advocacy is highly advantageous, underscoring the independent, proactive nature of this position.
