Are you an experienced Conveyancer looking for your next challenge? We working with a multi-office, well-established law firm seeking a Semi Stand-Alone Conveyancer to join their team in the Walsgrave area of Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse and varied caseload of residential property matters and make a real impact in a dynamic, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, with the opportunity to work across a variety of property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- New-build transactions
- Shared ownership and right-to-buy matters
The successful candidate will be proactive in driving transactions forward, ensuring clients and stakeholders are kept up to date throughout the process, and maintaining a high standard of service.
What we are looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or Conveyancing Executive with significant experience in residential property law
- A strong ability to work independently while also being part of a larger team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
