We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Private Client / Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer, to join the busy Private Client Department of a very well-established, multi office law firm, who's head office is based on the outskirts of Coventry.

The role will involve:

• Writing wills of various complexity using a will-building package
• Writing Powers of Attorney and other estate planning documents
• Attending face to face meeting with clients to take instructions
• Liaising with clients.
• Running/overseeing a caseload of Private Client matters including:
  • Wills
  • Probate
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection (Deputyships and Grants)
  • Trusts
  • Letters of Administration
• Liaising with clients and third party professionals

Suitable Candidates will have:

• Experience of running a private client/ wills, trusts and probate caseload
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound knowledge and experience in the areas of wills, trusts, probate, LPA's and Court of Protection matters
• Own transport and a full UK driving licence

This is a full-time permanent job, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Home working is available for part of the week.
