About the Role:
Join our clients dynamic logistics team as a Transport Manager in Coventry! You’ll lead daily operations, managing our clients fleet and drivers to ensure timely, compliant deliveries across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet and driver management
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations
- Optimise routes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Lead recruitment and training of drivers
- Manage transport budgets and fleet maintenance
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in transport management
- Strong knowledge of transport legislation
- Leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and team motivation
- CPC qualification (preferred)
