About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee operations at our Coventry facility. You will ensure efficient processes, manage a team, and maintain high safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management using systems such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff to ensure effective use of these systems.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage stock levels and conduct inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Optimize warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness through data analysis and reporting.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Valid forklift licence (preferred).
