Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Fit Out Site Manager to work for our client's Leisure refurbishment projectnear Coventry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full refurbishment of a Leisure Facility, experience in this is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Black card
- 1st Aid at Work certification
- Asbestos Awareness certification (Preferable)
- Fire Marshall
Responsibilities:
- Supervise shifts to ensure project timelines are met
- Oversee health and safety protocols on-site
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Report project progress to the main contractor
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the refurbishment
Rate of Pay:
250 - 270per shift
