The role is working 8am - 4:40pm. 

What You Will Do:

- Lead a team of skilled production operators, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest levels of quality assurance.

- Allocate manpower effectively to meet production targets and maintain operational excellence.

- Analyse and communicate production KPIs at daily shopfloor meetings.

- Address performance management issues and maximise productivity by utilising all available resources.

- Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

- Promote continuous improvement and uphold the company's standards for quality and efficiency.

What You Will Bring:

- Strong leadership skills with a readiness to take full responsibility for team results.

- Effective problem-solving abilities and proactive in identifying and implementing solutions.

- Solid understanding of core disciplines with intermediate level IT skills.

- Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably as a Team Leader.

- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous monitoring, evaluation, and supervision.
