Production Planner

SF Recruitment are supporting a leading Manufacturing business based in Coventry in recruiting for a Production Planner.

The Role:

-As the Production Planner you will be responsible for planning different sectors of the business when required.
- Work closely with the internal and external customer to deliver requirements, identify and resolve any bottlenecks in capacity to eliminate any risks to production.
- Developing key accounts
- Ensure all customer schedules, demand & sequencing is tracked to ensure optimum delivery is achieved. On time every time.
- Maintain relationships with key customers to help maximise future opportunities.
- Ensure all customer schedules are downloaded and any variances established and corrected before confirming with the supply chain and production teams
- Completing reports and forecasts as required.

The Candidate:

As the successful candidate for the Production Planner role, you will have the following:

-Experience as a Production Planner within a Manufacturing environment.
-Experience with SAGE or MRP.
-Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
