Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage site operations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with the site staff and sub contractors.
Maintain high standards of health and safety on-site.
Manage resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday
Weekend work may be required and will include overtime compensation.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
CSCS/ SMSTS/ First aid/ Asbestos Awareness.
