The Head of Music is responsible for leading and managing the music department at the secondary school. This role involves overseeing the curriculum, staff, and activities related to music education. Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development

  • Design and develop a comprehensive music curriculum that aligns with educational standards and the school's goals.

Staff Management

  • Recruit, hire, and evaluate music teachers and support staff.
