They're looking for a Deputy Home Manager to join their team in one of their Coventry homes. This is a great opportunity to join a company that pride themselves on giving their service users the opportunity to live the life that they deserve, regardless of their challenges!Duties and Responsibilities:* The Deputy Manager will provide management and leadership to a team of Support Workers to ensure a purposeful, caring, therapeutic environment.* Ensure that all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.* To develop programmes and initiatives that will improve service users progress and interaction.* Audit timesheets efficiently and effectively in line with agreed timescales and submit to payroll.* Complete financial audits/Medication audits/Health & Safety audits/Environmental audits.* Create rotas which fit best with the service users needs/Work closely with HR to performance manage staff as and when necessary * To support service users in all aspects of daily living, including cleaning, cooking, shopping etc.Shifts & Salary:* Monday-Friday* Circa £30,000 per annum (dependant on experience)* Permanent position
