Our client is seeking a Administrator to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis with the possibility of permanent employment.

The usual working hours will be 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities in the office will include:

  • Barcode files and boxes, and utilise bar-coding & database systems according to agreed processes
  • Check electronic and manual records for accuracy and ensure any problems are reported promptly
  • As directed assist with loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing boxes and files
  • Maintain accurate records and logbooks as per instructions
  • Sort files and maintain accurate filing systems in line with agreed processes
  • Booking Courier collections/deliveries
  • Franking outgoing mail
  • Opening and sorting incoming mail
  • Scanning files

Skills and experience:

  • Good knowledge of MS office and a working knowledge of general IT systems
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and multi-task
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of manual handling
  • Ability to identify risks and apply health and safety procedures
