We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator who can commit to a full time, temporary role at an Engineering company based in Rugby. This is an office-based role where you will ensure the smooth running of Administration and Customer Service.

It is a fast-paced role and the perfect candidate will have experience working for a Manufacturing or Engineering Company and has worked in a similar role for 2 years minimum. Its Monday - Friday and strictly office based (hybrid does not work for this company).

So what would I be doing?

  • First point of contact for Customer and Clients
  • Managing diaries and re organising diaries if needed
  • General Customer Service and Admin duties
  • Complete daily/weekly/monthly KPI reports
  • Raising invoices

But what experience do I need?
