This role includes both full-time long-term positions and part-time cover for staff absences. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working with individuals with disabilities.Key Duties:
- Deliver tailored support to students with complex needs.
- Implement and follow individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Promote a safe and inclusive college environment.
- Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and other professionals.
- Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Track and report on student progress and development.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
