European Payroll Specialist – CoventryLocation: Coventry (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)Salary: £47,500 + 20% bonusContract: PermanentWe are looking for an EMEA Payroll Specialist to join a fast-growing company based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the payroll function is efficient and fully compliant with statutory and legal requirements across multiple European countries, including the UK.Key Responsibilities:? Process payroll for multiple countries within Europe, including the UK.? Liaise with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.? Ensure accuracy of payroll data and maintain up-to-date records.? Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance.? Calculate and prepare payroll documents, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.? Analyse payroll trends and proactively identify potential issues.? Prepare reports and efficiently address payroll-related queries.?
