Position: Payroll Administrator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE)

This role will be responsible for the accurate processing of payroll and ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and issuance of payments.
- Data Management: Maintain and update payroll information, ensuring all employee records are accurate and compliant with legal requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure payroll practices adhere to company policies, HMRC regulations, and current payroll legislation.
- Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and any necessary documentation for the finance team and management.
- Employee Queries: Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of payroll processes, looking for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a payroll role or similar finance-related position
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., Sage Payroll, ADP) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
