We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Payroll Assistant to join a well-established company in Coventry on a 3-month temporary contract, with the opportunity for future permanency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with processing end-to-end payroll for employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all payroll data is up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate data flow.
  • Support the preparation of reports and reconciliation of payroll data.
  • Assist in the management of employee benefits and deductions.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a payroll or finance-related role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations.
